Refund Policy

⭐ **Refund & Cancellation Policy

First Watch Medics**

At First Watch Medics, we understand that schedules can change. Because we reserve seats, instructors, and equipment for each class, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

 

 

Student Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before class

  • Students may reschedule to another class at no additional cost.

  • Refunds may be issued minus a $10 processing fee (optional — remove if not desired).

 

 

Within 48 hours of class

  • Students may reschedule one time at no additional cost.

  • No refunds will be issued.

 

 

No-shows / Late arrivals

  • Students who do not attend class or arrive too late to participate are considered no-shows.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Students must book a new class.

 

 

Class Minimum Enrollment

If a class does not meet the minimum number of students required, First Watch Medics may reschedule or cancel the class.

If we cancel a class:

  • Students may transfer to another class date for free

  • Or receive a full refund

 

 

Course Cards & Certification

Certification cards (eCards) are issued only after:

  • Successful completion of all course components

  • Payment in full

Failure to meet course requirements does not qualify for a refund.

 

 

Weather, Emergencies, or Instructor Illness

If First Watch Medics must cancel due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Instructor illness

  • Safety or facility issues

  • Other unforeseen emergencies

Students will:

  • Be offered priority rescheduling, or

  • Receive a full refund

 

 

Group / Workplace Training Refund Policy

Deposits

A 50% deposit (or custom amount you choose) may be required to secure group or workplace training dates. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.

 

 

Changes in attendee count

Final attendee count is due 48 hours before training.
Additional participants may incur additional fees.

 

 

Cancellations

  • Cancel 7+ days before: transfer deposit to a new date

  • Cancel within 7 days: deposit is forfeited

  • Cancel within 48 hours: full training fee may be charged
